Rabbi Tzvi Altein has been designated to as the Title VI coordinator and is responsible for receiving and responding to all inquiries and reports regarding the institution’s Title IV nondiscrimination policies.

Procedures for Reporting Discrimination or Harassment
Students or employees who believe they have experienced discrimination or harassment based on race, color, or national origin may report concerns by directly contacting the Title VI Coordinator or submitting a written complaint to the Title VI Coordinator or the administrative office.
All reports will be reviewed promptly, and the institution will follow the investigation and resolution procedures, as listed below.

Investigation and Resolution Procedure for Title VI Reports
When the Title VI Coordinator receives a report of discrimination or harassment, the Coordinator will:
Document the report and determine whether it alleges discrimination based on race, color, or national origin.
Offer supportive measures to the reporting student(s).
Notify the reporting student of the institution’s nondiscrimination policy and reporting procedures.
Conduct a prompt review of the allegation and determine whether an investigation is warranted.
If an investigation is required, gather relevant information, meet with involved parties as needed, and make a determination based on the available evidence.
Communicate the outcome to the parties and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Maintain records of the report, actions taken, and resolution.
